產品概述
◆脈沖噴吹控制儀是脈沖袋式除塵器噴吹清灰系統的主要控制裝置。它的輸出信號控制電磁脈沖閥，噴吹壓縮空氣對濾袋循序噴吹清灰，使除塵器運行阻力保持在設定的范圍內，以保證除塵器處理能力和收塵效率。 ◆公司生產的袋式除塵器用脈沖噴吹控制儀有定時清灰、壓差清灰、離線氣箱等形式。定時清灰控制是按人為設定的時間順序自動控制清灰機構的工作狀態，屬于循環控制。壓差清灰控制儀是根據濾袋外壁沉積粉塵厚度的變化而引起袋式除塵器進出口壓差值的變化實行自動清灰，壓差高于上限時開始清灰，低于下限時停止清灰。也可以根據實際現場需要兩種控制方式相結合使用。 ◆本公司采用進口單片機等硬件相結合實現的自動控制，通過程序來滿足各種不同的需要，其功能大大提高。
工作原理
◆控制儀每次輸出一位的驅動電壓，一個驅動電壓持續時間，稱為脈沖寬度。相鄰二個輸出驅動電壓之間的間隔時間，稱為脈沖間隔�？刂苾x完成對所有位的電磁閥驅動輸出所需要的時間，稱為脈沖周期。兩個脈沖周期之間的停頓時間，稱為循環間隔。 ◆本控制儀核心控制由單片機實行，實現按鍵參數設定、數碼顯示及循環間隔、脈沖間隔和脈沖寬度控制。各輸出端輸出控制電磁脈沖閥的開啟，噴吹壓縮空氣清灰，同時有發光二極管顯示噴吹順序。本控制功能齊全，操作簡單明了。除塵器清灰時，一邊過濾一邊噴吹清灰，脈沖控制儀按設定的脈沖寬度和脈沖間隔輸出電信號控制脈沖閥逐個噴 吹清灰。 ◆除塵器清灰時，一邊過濾一邊噴吹清灰，脈沖控制儀按設定的脈沖寬度和脈沖間隔輸出電信號控制脈沖閥逐個噴吹清灰。

1、電磁脈沖閥的噴吹氣源由氣箱(氣包)提供，分氣箱有方形和圓形二種，圓形分氣箱耐壓力效果較好，使用淹沒式電磁脈沖閥時，方形分氣箱安裝比較方便。
2、分氣箱的截面積和長度決定儲氣容積，其容積應滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后，箱內剩余壓力不低于噴吹前壓力的50%，進氣管內徑決定向分氣箱充氣速度，其速度應滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后10s內使箱內氣體恢復至噴吹前壓力。
3、脈沖閥應安裝在分氣箱的上部或側面，安裝側面時脈沖閥輸入端中心不應低于分氣箱側面中心線以下，脈沖閥不可安裝在分氣箱底部，同時脈沖閥輸出端應安裝處于水平或向下位置，不可安裝向上位置。
4、噴吹管的噴吹孔應小于18左右，開孔為:8-32mm(遠小近大)，噴吹管離布袋口200-400為宜。
